Return Policy

As each item is made to order, returns or exchanges will only be accepted on items that are the wrong color/size than what the customer ordered. Items must be new, unused, and remain in the same condition as when it was received by the customer. Customers will be able to return merchandise purchased from this website for up to fifteen (15) days after the product is delivered. If it has been over fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange for your merchandise.

To complete your return or exchange, the customer must show a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once delivered to our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. Once the return has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
